What is the best way to contact the store?

 

The best way to reach us is by phone. If we do not answer in time please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as someone is available. Email can be used if needed but it may take a few days for us to get back to you.

What are your hours?

 

We are open daily! Hours may differ due to weather.

 

Winter Hours: 9 AM - 4:30 PM (Current Hours)

 

Summer Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

 

During the summer we are often open before 8 AM and stay open past sunset. We generally remain open until people stop coming in!

Do you deliver/pick up?

 

Yes, we can deliver anywhere along 30A. If you would like delivery to a different location please call (850)231-2826 for approval before checking out.

 

At checkout, you will have the option to select free delivery. At the end of your rental period, we will automatically pick up any equipment that we delivered.

 

Please note that we do not deliver golf carts unless you choose the "with delivery" option. Selecting free delivery at check out will ONLY apply to other equipment.

What is the process for roadside assistance?

 

We offer free roadside assistance for all of our equipment while we are open. Just give us a call with your name, location, and when you are due back.

 

If there is an issue after hours, we will try our best to help. However, our email and social media are NOT monitored 24/7. That being said, the owners do their best to monitor those platforms while they are awake, even if our store is currently closed.

Will you bring my watersport equipment to the beach for me?

 

We are no longer able to bring equipment down to the sand due to local beach vending laws. Your watersport delivery can be found at the top of the beach access you designated or at your vacation address.

Do you accept American Express?

 

No, we no longer accept American Express. We do accept all other forms of payment.

What is the process for price matching?

​

All price matching is done in-store. At this time we are unable to offer price matching for online reservations. Please bring proof of pricing to the front counter when you check out in-store and our staff will be able to honor the price. Please note that price matching is not always possible during sell-out weeks.

What is your policy on issuing refunds?

 

We have a no-refund policy. Exchanges and/or store credits are available when applicable.

What happens if my equipment is stolen/broken?

 

You are fully responsible for the well-being of any equipment that you rent from us. We provide locks with our rentals so remember to ALWAYS lock up your equipment.**

 

We do not care about mild scratches or normal wear & tear. However, structural damage will result in a repair or replacement fee.

 

If equipment is stolen it will remain in rent at the weekly price until the equipment is found or the rental reaches the retail value.

 

Most stolen equipment is found within a week but some are never found. Please let us know AS SOON as the equipment is lost/stolen so we can be on the lookout. Our team drives up and down 30A frequently and we are always on the lookout for stolen bikes.

 

If you would like another bike for the duration of your stay you will need to rent another bike.
